Hiya, looking for a roommate for my spare double room, available mid-end of May ☀️ I’m a friendly 33yr old professional who WFH sometimes. I have a dog called Cassie, 11yrs old, she’s very friendly and loves a cuddle. I’m sociable and active but equally like to spend my evenings after work chilling watching tv. It’s a relatively laid back home, I occasionally have friends and family over.

Room:
- Double bedroom furnished with a double bed and desk with chair
- Faces out onto garden
- Recently decorated
- Ideally, bring your own TV

House
- Access to kitchen, living room, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom
- Large Garden
- NO PARKING : you will have to park on side roads
- Space for bicycles
- No space for furnishings outside of your room
- Rent includes council tax, water, electric, gas, Netflix, internet. If you want live TV, you’ll need to purchase a tv license.
- Close to main road (Herbert Ave)
- Room has recently been redecorated and will get a picture up ASAP

Ideal roommate
- Clean and tidy professional
- Part time WFH considered at higher rate
- Female, sociable but equally likes own space
- Must love dogs
- No pets due to dog already present
- Happy to do month by month rental to make sure we’re both happy
