Double bedroom on Canford Heath

Small double room available for a professional within a 2 bed house sharing with me, the Landlady. My partner will stay on occasions.

The room is furnished with a double bed, cupboards, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Television and broadband provided.

Beautifully furnished kitchen and shower room. Use of washer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and microwave.
Access to Bedroom, Hallway, Kitchen and Shower room, not to lounge or garden..

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on Canford Heath. There is parking in the close or on the road within a few yards from the house. Parking is not allocated but respect for other residents is expected.
Preferably looking for a long term lodger but short term acceptable.

Strictly no smokers.
There is no room to store bicycles.
