We’ve got a large en-suite double room available in our newly renovated flat in Penn Hill — perfect for someone looking for a relaxed, friendly and genuinely homely place to live 😊

£720 pcm for single occupancy. Couples may be considered at £1,000 pcm, subject to suitability and tenancy agreement.

Available from 1st May, but we can be flexible on move-in date for the right person. Ideally looking for someone long-term.

We’re Harold (25) and Dean (35), a friendly couple who are easygoing and respectful. It’s really important to us that whoever moves in feels comfortable and at home here — not like they’re just renting a room.
