There is a weekly cleaner to all shared areas, including kitchen and shower rooms along with a regular gardener and window cleaner. There is both a washing machine and tumble dryer at no extra cost.

The room has been fully furnished with contemporary furniture, TV, USB and Broadband points.

The house has 2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, and a lounge with large TV.

This property is a fully licensed and registered House Share complying with all current regulations.
