Double room in mixed houseshare

A furnished double room is available for a short-term in a beautiful house in West Canford Heath, near Nuffield Industrial Estate. The kitchen/diner and main bathroom plus separate shower room have been recently renovated. So, we are looking for a clean, considerate and professional non-smoking housemate who would like to stay with other easygoing housemates.

The house itself is near a small fishing lake and s great point to start running on the heath. It is ten minutes walk to Lidl/Asda and 15 minutes walk to Tesco at Fleetsbridge. There is off-road parking for up to four cars and space for bikes in the garage. Buses are every 20-30 mins into Poole and every hour into Bournemouth.

Most rooms are furnished with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The rest of the house is fully furnished with wireless broadband, cooker, microwave, washing machine & dryer. Outside, there is a garden and patio with BBQ. Each bedroom has a Freeview aerial connection. There is also a large flat-screen TV and DVD in the shared lounge plus plenty of crockery/cutlery etc. in the large kitchen/diner.

Everyone cleans as they go, especially in the kitchen & bathroom. To maintain h&s standards, a regular communal cleaning service charge of £35 per room may apply in advance although this is currently waived since cleaned to a professional standard by tenants on an agreed shared rota.

For a couple, an additional rental of £150pcm is applied to cover the higher share of the bills, including a separate fridge plus a large kitchen cupboards.
