The area is peaceful and the property warm, homely and welcoming and would make an ideal home for someone.
The house is situated in a quiet street near Ashley Road, Parkstone with easy links into Poole and Bournemouth and shops within a 2 minute walk.
The room available is currently furnished with double bed, side table and desk, however it can also be made un-furnished, although there are very large fitted wardrobes with lots of hanging space and storage.
The house is completed to a high standard; bright and modern with a fully-fitted kitchen/dining room with all the mod cons and wood burner. There is a bathroom with over the bath shower and a lounge.
Off road parking for one car is also available.
I am looking to share with a friendly and clean person on a long or short term basis.
