House mate wanted!!!

Hey!

I am looking for someone to share the house I am currently renting, as my current housemate is moving on to pastures new.

The house has three bedrooms in total, two good sized doubles that fit kingsize beds, and a smaller box room that is used for extra storage and the odd overnight guest...You of course would be welcome to use this room in the same way, or perhaps create an office/study space. The room for rent has a king size bed and a chest of drawers in, but can be unfurnished if you would rather. The room can be decorated however you please.

The house is situated on a quiet residential street in Hamworthy, 10 minute walk from the train station which is on the London Waterloo line, and one minute walk from a bus stop for the route into Poole.

Apart from the bedrooms, the house has a good sized living room, a great kitchen/diner, a small conservatory, downstairs loo and bathroom upstairs with bath and electric shower. There is also a small south facing garden. Also loft space for any extra storage.

There is a drive and also plenty of road parking.

The total rent for the house is 875pcm, and my current housemate and I are paying 570 each to cover the rent, water, gas, electric, council tax, tv license, wireless and phone line.

The room is available from end of Oct/beginning of November, with rent payable on the 1st of the month. We would need to arrange a new contract signing with the landlady and for the deposit to be paid- there were no other fees charged when my current housemate moved in.
