We have a large room for single occupancy available on 21st December 2024 in a large house - Hamworthy. It has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe (plenty of storage) and chest of drawers. You will share the fitted kitchen with your own cupboards and the use of the washing machine, fridge and freezer and large lounge dining room with 2 other housemates. There is wifi. The train station is close, a bus stop is outside the house and there is off road parking. Close to the Doctors, Dentist, Chemist and Pub. The rent is £600 per month which includes all utility bills and is payable monthly in advance. No deposit is required.
