Single down stairs room to rent

Single down stairs room to rent.
Will fit a double bed In but won't leave hardly any room after. More room as a single.
All bills included and wifi.
House shared with 2 blokes that are allways busy and normaly out most nights teaching and doing thaiboxing.
Looking for a professional person in some sort of work.
That likes to be clean and tidys up after them selfs.
References maybe needed from place of work and or previous landlord as like to no the person were sharing a house with. If you seem sound enough this might not be needed or
Maybe just one.
I am in the prosses of doing the house up to so am doing stuff all the time to make it better.

Good friendly lads to live with so looking for another person much the same man or women ;-)
