Cosy, energy efficient house with comfortable living/dining area. The property is a 10 minute walk from Ashley Cross. Recent improvements include extended kitchen, new carpet in hall/stairs and landing, and totally redecorated bedroom. The house is pristine and I'd really like to find people who will love it as much as I have.

The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, 5 burner gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, and dish washer. There is off road parking available for 2 cars.

A couple is staying in one double room, I rarely stay in the property. This means that you will be responsible for paying the 1/3 bills. I contribute my portion of the council tax as I keep a room in the property. As an example, in March this would be £84, but will vary depending on usage. Broadband is not included in this, as it is currently managed by the existing lodger.
