Double bedroom on Poole quay front

Double bedroom available from 1st August , apartment is in a very good location on Poole quay on the front! Apartment is nicely furnished and modern! All bills are included in rent price, included wi-fi! There is parking in a secure car park 30 seconds away which is £85 for the year, which I though was very cheap! I work mon-fri and sometimes away at the weekend! Looking to live with someone who is sociable. Only rule here is to keep place tidy :)! So many pubs and places to eat on Poole quay and I like going for some drinks at the weekend and sometimes in the week!
