Lovely house share with friendly professionals all working full time. We all get on very well and are looking for someone nice to share our home.
The house has 2 full bathrooms, lovely kitchen and conservatory, with garden.
10 minutes walk into Poole high street, train station and large ASDA.
We also have a dog and cat so you will need to be an animal lover :)
The room has a king size bed (we have linen if needed), 2 bed side cabinets with lamp, a desk with chair, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. We have bought a new mattress cover too.
The rent is £400 per month (we will need a £400 deposit when you arrive plus first months rent) and includes ALL bills plus wifi.
Parking is on street, which you will need to get a permit for.
