We have a bright double room for rent in our family home. The room has wireless broadband, tv with freeview and dvd player and good amount of storage space. The room is at the front of the house looking onto the private cul-de-sac with views towards Hatch Pond.
The house is modern with all "mod cons" including washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen leads into a conservatory with french doors leading out into the garden. There is also a utility room with cloakroom.
The garden is very sunny with decked area and large patio table with chairs.
Upstairs we have a large bathroom with bath and overhead power shower and 2 further bedrooms.
We have off road parking for 3 cars and an integral garage for storage. An evening meal can be offered within the rental price should you require.
My wife and I both work, but do enjoy quiet weekends with a glass of wine.
