Available now is a second floor double bedroom in a 2 bedroom semi-detached house on the fringe of the Waterloo Estate in Poole. A very quiet and respectful area. The room is spacious, quiet and bright. The room is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, small TV, chest of drawer and rug.
The house is well presented and kept to a high standard. I am the live in landlady and work full time, I sometimes travel with work and will mostly be using the house at the weekends.
I am easy going, very tidy and seeking those of a similar outlook. A professional lodger is preferable.
