We are a easy going couple who have just moved into a large modern semi-detached house and are now looking for people to complete the house share.

Room 1 (440pm) -Recently decorated double room with an en-suite shower/bathroom. It is currently furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of draws. There is plenty of room for extra shelves or addition storage which we can arranged if you need. ~sorry no couples~

Room 2 (455pm) - large double room with an new & modern en-suite shower/bathroom. It is currently furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and matching chest of draws. Again there is plenty of room for extra shelves or addition storage which we can arranged if you need. ~sorry no couples~

Room 3 (700pm)Is a annex style unit, attached to the house. It contains a double room, separate kitchen area and bathroom. It has its own private front door as well as access to rest of house via the kitchen. Giving you the positive of a house share with the option of privacy as well.
Currently furnished with fridge/freezer and oven. Can be fully furnished if required. ~couples accepted~

The House has a large kitchen with two fridges, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a communal living room and conservatory with plasma TV, a private back garden with decking area for summer BBQs and plenty of road parking (possible off road parking depending on vehicle).

All bills included (gas, electric, council tax, broadband and cable TV). We also have a once weekly cleaner for all communal areas free of charge.

Would suit a nice, easy going professional or student who enjoys a drink now and then but respects that others have to get up for work in the morning.
