The house is spacious and bright, all the rooms are decorated a neutral white. Wooden and Tiled floors throughout the property.

You have access to the whole property to use the shared facilities, all mod cons. Two bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine, on road parking.

Great location situated roughly the same distance between Bournemouth (40min walk through the gardens or 15/20min cycle) and Poole is 20min by bus, obviously both trips are much shorter by car depending on traffic.

4min walk to the bus stop with routes 14 & 16 going directly to Bournemouth and Poole.

3 min walk to Tesco express with a nice chip shop & butchers next to it with a few other take a ways a little further.

There is a BEAUTIFULl green Heathland only a few minutes walk with a pond and forest area great for walks or to go running/cycling. There is also a great gym with swimming pool, tennis courts etc 7min walk with a local library next to it. 7 mins drive to Bournemouth University Wallisdown campus.

There is safe on road parking outside the house, and two spaces in the front garden that are currently used.
