Cheap good sized room (8ft x 16ft) in exchange for you helping mum with a heart condition.

Lovely garden room, with double bed, wardrobe, chairs, book shelf, fridge, microwave. Situated at the bottom of our garden, so you will need to share shower room in the main house.

Use of kitchen facilities including laundry.

No parking, and you must like dogs!

You pay £15 - no extra bills!

The role:

A couple of hours per morning, 5 days a week helping mum with general running of her household (cleaning, laundry, ironing, light gardening).

Afternoons, evenings and weekends will be your free time so you can find another part time job if you needed to.

The exchange:

A lovely room with no bills, 9 minute walk to Poole Shopping Centre.

4 minute walk to Poole Hospital.

Short bus ride to Poole Quay, Bournemouth, beaches etc.

Perfect for someone working part-time, a student, or someone wanting to save a bit of money!

You:

Need to be reliable, flexible, hard working and enjoy cleaning, housework and ironing!

Must be a non smoker.

CRB checked preferred.

Minimum 2 month trial.

2 references and a £200 deposit is required.
