I am an easy-going, relaxed 36 year old professional who works a four day week. The owner of the house is away most of the time but will reside in the house on occasion.

You will have shared use of the kitchen and washing machine with me, in the main house. The lodger's room also has its own microwave, kettle, toaster and small fridge. There is a double bed, desk and chair, bookshelf, wardrobe, kitchen storage cupboard and WiFi. The garden and living area of main house are not shared, or shared by arrangement only.

The house is in easy walking distance to Poole train and bus station (half a mile), town centre, Poole Hospital and Poole Quay.

On street permit parking only but car-owners could purchase an annual permit from the council . There is some free parking between 6pm and 8am on the single yellow line.

References from previous lodgers is available.

Deposit can be paid over a period of two consecutive months.
