I have recently bought my first home in a quiet cul-de-sac in Parkstone and I'm looking to share it with a couple of professional female lodgers. The house is detached with plenty of off road parking, a garage and a lovely southerly facing garden/patio. The house is very modern (only 5 years old), warm, clean and quiet. The spare large double bedroom can be offered fully furnished to a very high standard or unfurnished. The property has a ground floor shower and a first floor bathroom both with toilets. The kitchen and living room are shared. All bills are inclusive. I am looking for a happy and sociable lodger that is also tidy and respectful.
