The room has its own lock on it and has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.

Rent includes all bills, super fast wireless Cat 5 Broadband. Shared area's include kitchen, Bathroom and Hallways.

This house is kept clean at all times which is nice.
So if your not clean please don't apply.

All rooms are fully furnished.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, ie cooker, washing machine, microwave etc.

The bathroom has a Shower and gets hot water off a combi boiler so always hot water, never runs out.

The house is within walking distance of the bus routes (1 min) and local shops. Tower Park is only a short walk away(5 min).
