We are a friendly household looking for a new house mate in April! (Female or male- preferably working professional)
The room has a double bed with excellent storage space and a newly decorated bathroom which will be used by the new housemate only.

There is a sociable open spaced kitchen with a lot of storage space including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living room is cosy with a fireplace, TV and DVD player with sky included- movies and all sports channels.

The garden is large with a pateo and a shed with room to store bikes.

The house is in a good location near to Ashley road for shops and not far from Ashley cross for bars, pubs and restaurants.

There is free parking on the road by the house or bus stops nearby on Ashley road which are frequent to get to Poole or Bournemouth.
