The room will be furnished with a double bed and chest of draws in the next few days unless you would like it furnished with your own items ( negotiable) .

There is parking on the street outside the property and local buses links are nearby.

rent is 105.00 per week which is all bills inc wifi.

2 weeks rent in advance for deposit. ( returnable on move out date)
2 weeks notice is required or negotiable.
