Lovely double room available in quiet cul-de-sac

I am looking to rent out the spare double room (king size bed) to a female non smoker. Happy to rent out for short or long term. There is a large built in wardrobe / storage area with hanging area and shelves. There is also a TV in the room connected to a Free Sat box so lots of channels!

I have two bathrooms and two toilets. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac and a few minutes drive from the town centre (less than a mile away from the town centre and Poole Hospital)

There is a Tesco express a couple of minutes walk away and is close to bus routes. There is also plenty of off road parking. No deposit required.

New sheet and duvet purchased. Can provide bedding if required.

I am very laid back and friendly and any person renting the room would be made to feel more than welcome.

I have two children who are both at primary school. They're super friendly and well behaved and the last two people who have lived here have been smitten with them. They stay with their dad every other weekend and are both at school.

Any lodger would be made to feel comfortable and at home. It's a happy household and am about to make some home improvements to make it even nicer. Any questions please feel free to ask. The room is available now.
