Room to Rent. Muso's welcome, probably preferred!

We've got a good house. I know things must change, but the vibe has been good and so we would like to keep it that way.

There has always been a mix in the house. Girls and boys, ages 22 to 40, professional.

We live as a group, anyone who you invite through the front door must respect the whole house. We don't like locks on doors, we lock the front door and look after everyone's stuff!

(If we have lost a few possible new renters by now, that's probably a good thing!)

So, before I continue, you bring references and we bring references. I've never had a roomie leave unhappy. I can give you a continuous role call of strangers that have become friends after living at the house, I still speak to them all.

Normally, we don't search for renters because they just sort of come along. But this time, one tenant moved out (she had a room, met a guy, they moved into the flat downstairs) two tenants hooked up and left to live happily ever after. A true fairy tale. And another moved out to move in with her boyfriend. Ahhh. All this has left the house a bit empty for three people.

Anyway, the house has two bathrooms One upstairs next to two bedrooms and one downstairs. There is also a separate toilet downstairs.

We also have a big kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, 3 fridges and a freezer) / diner / orangery / sofa area, a nice hallway and toilet bit and a big lounge (With a fish tank!).

Potential house mates will be required to sit a music based trivia quiz during their interview. An above average score will be required to further your application process.
