Double room to rent in a new build house

We have a lovely tidy house with a double room to rent with exclusive use of a family bathroom if required. its available now. We are within waking distance to Broadstone village with good amenities. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk away which takes you in to Poole town or further a field.

We have a Large sunny garden with a nice summer house to chill out in with sky and a extra fridge /freezer in it.

We are happy for the tenant to install sky or similar in to their room. The room has a in built large wardrobe with shelves and hanging space.

We have Shared lounge, kitchen, downstairs loo etc

We have a very friendly dog and chickens for nice free range eggs for breakfast. Happy for tenant to plant in the veg patch too.

Weekly cleaner included in price.

We do get up early in the morning to get the dog walked before work but we are quiet until 7am.

We are a respectful active house who enjoy being out and about , we are respectful of the fact that the tenant may not be and are happy to be sociable or let people have their own space. We are easy going.

The room is £115 Ono a week.

The room can be furnished or un furnished.

All bills and cleaner inc in the price .
