I have a large ensuite room to rent in hamworthy and is suitable for a couple the room has a king size bed with mattress, wardrobe, and draw units, the room has a tv Ariel point and there is a good wifi signal in the room and throughout the rest of the property.
For single occupancy the room is slightly cheaper per month.
The property has 5 bedrooms a large modern kitchen lounge area a conservatory and a garden with a undercover patio and grass area there are also 3 shared bathrooms. There are two off road parking spaces and plenty of of parking on the road it is also possible to store clean bikes In the conservatory.
A cleaner comes weekly to clean the communal areas.

Hamworthy is a parish and inner suburb of Poole in Dorset, England. It is sited on a peninsula of approximately 3 square kilometres that is bordered by Upton to the north, Poole Harbour to the south, Lytchett Bay to the west and Holes Bay to the east.
The beach is only a 5 min walk from the property
And is located 50m from a bus stop which has a bus going into Poole town centre approximately every 15 min.
There is also a restaurant/pub located 3 min walk called The Yachtsman
