Large very quiet room with own bathroom to let in walking distance to Poole and Ashley Cross.
The room has a king-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, chair and bookcase and comes with it's own bathroom with a large shower. There is shared use of the kitchen and lounge.
The property is down a private drive and very quiet, yet within 20 minutes walk of Poole and 15 minutes to Ashley Cross.
There is off road parking and a garden.
I would like someone who is working full time and preferably not shifts.
My current lodger, who is in her thirties, has lived with me for more than 8 years, so I can't be that bad to live with! We are both very friendly.
I would like someone for a minimum of three months.
