Bathroom directly opposite room and mainly shared currently with 1 other person until September. Furnishing includes TV. Use of shared facilities includes modern breakfast kitchen, lodger has own fridge in kitchen. Shared used of 1 of 2 sitting rooms. Shared use of recently renovated garden with some sea views. There is plenty of on street parking. We have one cuddly and very friendly cat. Bills are included. We are looking for a female lodger, working professional. We live in a quiet area and are a friendly household, looking for like minded someone who respects other people’s property and work/ home life. . no couples. Current lodger is in process of buying a new home and it is estimated that this will go through some point in May and so looking at June availability.
