Very large 4 Bed flat share in a period house, covering the entire middle floor of the 3 story building on a private road close to the beach.

The room is approximately 3.5m X 4.5m, with 2 large windows capturing light from sunrise to sunset. In winter the windows look out over Old Harry, and Brownsea Island.
The room is unfurnished.

The flat has a private entrance, allocated off road parking for 4 cars, plus spaces nearby for visitors, and an extra long garage.

Bills are not included, but average about £150/month over the winter and £100/month in summer. This covers all bills incl. council tax, water, Gas/Electric, internet, TV Licence, and a cleaner (every 2 weeks).

There are 2 bathrooms, plus an additional separate toilet (used for wetsuits currently), and a double sofa bed in the lounge for guests.
Kitchen has washing machine, tumble dryer, and two fridges.

Looking for someone active and sociable, yet respectful of others patterns.
Shift workers considered.
The new housemate will be living with 3 girls, of mixed ages and profession's.

I've lived here for over 2 years and, having recently finished work will be moving out of the area in August.

New housemates should be aware that the site owners are currently seeking planning permission and the building will be demolished at some point in the future, however we have been told a minimum of 2 month's notice will be provided but as for when this will occur, we do not know. Therefore this is a monthly rolling contract, with 1 month minimum.

Located very close to Jazz Cafe, and Shore road beach this flat has access from multiple roads, and has walking access to both the harbour, beach, and sandbanks peninsula.
