Lovely, tranquil south west facing double bedroom in a clean and well-maintained home with pretty courtyard garden and views. The house is tucked away in a very convenient town centre location with off-road parking (5 minutes level walk from Tesco and Shaftesbury High Street)

Advertised price based on long term lets for single individuals. Shorter term lets and couples considered at additional cost & cleaning surcharge

Lodger will benefit from space and freedom to enjoy the property independently for extended periods of time.

- Use of new washing machine (with delay start timer function)

- Property was built in 1990s with double glazing so does not feel draughty
- Bills included up to reasonable cut off (TBA) - if exceeded it may be necessary for tenant to pay the balance. However, this has never been necessary in the past with previous lodgers.

Looking for a kind, clean and tidy person who is respectful towards home and nieghbours. I take pride in using resources sparingly and am looking for a lodger who also shares this non-wasteful mindset. Non-smokers only please.
