We are now advertising our spare room in our modern family home in Shaftesbury in close proximity to the high street and local amenities. The room is furnished with a king sized bed, built in wardrobes and built in drawers, Smart TV, kettle and mini fridge

You will have use of the four piece bathroom suite, lounge and kitchen which comes with all appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a rear garden at your disposal and a large driveway.

The house is occupied by myself, my husband, 8 year old son and two very small dogs (chihuahua and mini pinscher) .

Bills are included which include wifi, water, gas and electric.
