Married couple living in 3 bed house looking for a weekday lodger to take one of the spare bedrooms in 3 story townhouse located in new development on the edge of Shaftesbury.
Sole use of own bathroom with shower adjacent to bedroom, shared access to kitchen and lounge.
£100 per week inclusive of all utility bills and includes broadband (although it's not the fastest).
Parking is available on-street if needed, 10 minute stroll to town centre, 3-4 minutes to bus stops for Salisbury / Gillingham.
(Friendly cat also living here)
