Large, light and airy double room on separate (top) floor with own bathroom (very occasionally used by visiting guests but only for a day or two at a time) in a quiet neighbourhood of picturesque Shaftesbury. Shared use of spacious sitting room, well equipped kitchen and garden room etc. Full central heating.

Within walking distance of town centre and countryside. Nearest station Gillingham which is 15 mins away and Salisbury is only 20 miles, Blandford 12 miles.

Rent includes Council Tax, utility bills and wireless broadband.

I am an active, young at heart, easy going person with lots of interests and still working part time, I enjoy sharing my comfortable house with others but respect people's privacy. However I do require someone who will equally respect my property and is reasonably tidy
