We have a one bed flat own bathroom shared kitchen and living room at the top of our central shaftesbury house available to one single person only. No pets no smokers and a working professional preferred. Quiet mature household. No drama.

The flat is above our bedrooms so the person cannot be loud or heavy footed. Kitchen to only be used in social hours. (its above our bedroom) we may be looking for a unicorn.

Flat is only available whilst our youngest is at uni and is needed for their holidays, Short term let only.
Price is inclusive of bills including broadband.
