Double room available close to amenities

I have a double room available in a small, but comfortable, two bed apartment. I would be willing to consider a full-time renter or a Monday to Friday renter.

The room comes furnished with small double bed, temporary wardrobe, bed-side tables and lamp. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and the kitchen has all the normal appliances and fittings.

There is parking available on the road, which is quiet with hardly any traffic. The house is within walking distance of Shaftesbury Tesco.

Bills are included apart from the use of the phone. The house has high-speed fibre-optic broadband which you will have use of. It currently runs at around 55Mb.

I'm a tidy person and would prefer someone with similar characteristics!
