Large room in almost new house in Shaftesbury

Hi!
I have one large en suite room for one person to let in my home in Shaftesbury.
This room does not suit anyone who works night shifts. It’s not for a couple, though partners may stay occasionally.
This en suite room is £500 per month .. It has Fast Fibreoptic unlimited Broadband. The wifi, gas, electric, water and Council Tax are all included in the price. You will need your own TV Licence.
The room is large, warm and is furnished and is ensuite .. (The video shows this room) comfortable and very peaceful.
.. it has a very good double bed, a sofa, a chest of drawers, wardrobe, chair etc.. It's located on the second floor.
There is a nice kitchen and dining area and also a garden and patio..
You need to be a non-smoker, have no pets and be honest and reliable and also be very clean and tidy and have the ability to follow a few simple rules like keeping the kitchen, room in clean and tidy condition and taking your shoes off in the hall when you get home and put on your slippers to keep the carpets clean!
This is a quite new house that you need to treat it with respect. If you don't, you'll be moving out ASAP.
A deposit of £500 is required to ensure that the place is looked after.. this is returned on your last day, minus any damages. There hopefully won’t be any.
Please don't waste your, or my time, if you don't fit in with all of this... I had to get rid of a lodger who thought I was joking about the simple rules and preferred living in a rubbish dump, couldn't manage to lock the external doors, smoked inside, had candles (totally banned because I once lived in a student house that caught fire because of candles) and did not pay the rent on time! They were obviously rapidly gone. Follow the simple rules and there won’t be any issues!
Parking places are close by in the street. Not on the actual drive way.
