Luxury room with private Bathroom

Hi,
I have a large 3 bedroom ,two bathroom apartment. Its situated in a quiet street 10 mins walk from the mainline London to Exeter railway station and 10 mins drive to Yeovil, 15 mins to Wincanton. I am looking to rent one room only.

The room has a double bed , wardrobe and chest of draws. There is central heating in the room and WIFi throughout the apartment.
There is a sunny lounge and kitchen with lovely views and all facilities. I also have a secluded private garden with a summer house which is great for sitting in the sun and drying clothes! There is plenty of parking available on the street.

I am an easy going friendly guy. .
My previous tenant was a 27yrs Polish girl who stayed a year. She is happy to speak to you about her stay.🙂

The price of the room is £450 pcm includes all bills and WiFi.

I am ideally looking for a girl. The flat is strictly non smoking.
