Nice double room in a great location, Sherborne.

Hello,

Looking for someone to share the second bedroom in the flat with me. I'm 28, Irish and a guitar-building teacher working around Dorchester. I'm looking for someone similarly aged, responsible and trustworthy.
The flat is in a lovely area, very close to a retirement home so the ideal person would be pretty chill/quiet, no drug use or heavy drinking. Non smoking, no pets or kids please.

I often go into work for a day on the weekend, and sometimes go back to Ireland to visit my partner, so you would have the place to yourself often enough.

The room is currently unfurnished with a large built-in wardrobe, but there is an option for me to furnish if required. Plenty of room for any size bed and bedside tables etc. There is a shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room as well as a secure parking space available in the courtyard.
All bills are included, including fibre broadband.
Dimensions of the room are 2.5mx4.9m and the wardrobe is 1.4mx0.6m
