Double room for rent in Sherborne

Double room for rent in the picturesque market town of Sherborne, available from approx 17 May as my current housemate is moving to a new area!

The Room:
Double bed, three-door wardrobe and bedside table (with the option to make it unfurnished if you’d rather).

The House
2-bed property with a newly refurbished bathroom, kitchen and living area (all shared). There is a small garden, a garage for storage and plenty of street parking besides the private parking space.

Included:
-All bills
-Fast internet
-Basic everyday goods like kitchen roll, toilet paper, washing up liquid etc

I have two friendly black cats called Sooty and Sweep, who are only allowed in the downstairs living area. I am away with work some weeks so would love it if you wouldn’t mind feeding them.

I’m vegan but have no problem if you aren’t!

Seeking a young female professional to share the house with. I like being outdoors and loafing in front of the TV in equal measure; hobbies & interests include writing, cooking, reading, music, and (most importantly) food & drinks at various locations in Sherborne ☺️

Price is negotiable. I’m really keen to let the room out if we get on with one another!
