Situated on a quiet road, with plenty of parking, just 5 minutes walk from sandy beaches of Southbourne and 20 mins walk from both Southbourne and Christchurch towns. Rent includes all usual household bills and broadband. Room comes furnished with double bed, bedside cabinet and large fitted wardrobe with plenty of room for additional furniture if required. I am a 35 year old female living with my 2 incredibly friendly cocker spaniels, and my boyfriend visits occasionally, so anyone wishing to apply will need to be happy to share with all of us!
