Double room with mezzanine and own bathroom

Downstairs is the lounge, spacious well equipped kitchen/diner, cloakroom/WC. Upstairs is the main bathroom (I have an ensuite, so only have the occasional bath) and 3 bedrooms. There's a sunny back garden (the smoking room if you’re a smoker) and large shed for storage (bike/surfboard/paddle board).

The room has a double loft-style bed, fitted storage (which doubles-up as a staircase to a mezzanine), desk and additional chest of drawers. I've added a photo of the third bedroom too so you're aware, as some people also rent it if they have the need for extra space.

The house is a 5 minute walk to local shop, 10 minute walk to the river, 15 minute walk to Pokesdown train station/Southbourne high street, 25 minute walk to beach/Hengistbury Head.

There’s unrestricted on-road parking.

I don’t mind if you’re looking for 7-day or Monday to Friday let, short or longer term. The main thing is that you’re considerate, happy and friendly :-)
