I'm offering a Large, bright double glazed, centrally heated room with all mod cons. Main bathroom next to room. Recently redecorate to a high standard with laminate flooring. lots of light, warmest room in the house and quietest as it is at the back with views of my garden. Fully furnished.
Looking for a full time professional person that will fit into my lovely home in Southbourne. I currently have a wonderful lodger calledJenna, who is a full-time chiropractic students and two female, small friendly dogs. A Jack Russell cross Parsons and a pomeranian cross Chihuahua. Chihuahua Poppy is nervous and needs a few days for her to get to know you, then she will be your best friend. So being an animal lover and a little patient is paramount. Jenna and I work well as a team, we are growing produce in the garden to use in our cooking. we are respectful of each others space, share our food sometimes, when one of us has cooked. I'm from a family of 10, so I always make big portions. 😃
Jenna is vegetarian, I eat meat, but cooking more vegetarian meals since sharing my home with a veggie. The ideal person would be creative, independent, honest, considerate, kind, respectful, clean and tidy of their own room and the shared communal areas
All bills included along with 100GB free wi-fi. 20 mins walk to southbourne cliff top. 2 mins to local bus route to Bournemouth, Christchurch etc. Walking distance to train station. Close to local cosmopolitan, independent shops including restaurants, pubs, bars etc.
