It’s a lovely 2 double bedroom ground floor flat in Southbourne. The bedroom will be unfurnished, but the flat is furnished. (White goods- washing machine with dryer, In built fridge freezer)
Council tax band C
The beach is across the road, and the high street is a 20 min walk away. Frequent buses across the road the Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch. The nearest train station is Pokesdown. Plenty of off road parking, as well as one allocated space here which would be yours.
There is a small shared garden between the block, and a large locked storage/bike shed which we all have access to.
I have a busy job and looking for someone who is happy to have a balance of chill time and socialising! :)
