Small single room furnished with single bed, desk, chair and wardrobe.
Available for short term let or a Monday to Friday let. I’m a professional, hybrid working between home and office. I’m very sociable so often out, I’m friendly, happy to chat but equally will give space and have my own interests, friends etc. It’s a bright, cosy and new build flat. I would prefer to share with a female, as I’m a live-in female landlord. It is a small single hence it being more suited to a shorter term, mid week let. It is clean, Bright, cosy room in a modern ground floor flat. There is a communal shed, garden and unallocated car parking for use.
