Up for rent is a spacious, extra large double room fully furnished. This is an ideal room for any young working professional in a relaxed and tidy flat.

About the room:

The bedroom is the larger of the 2 rooms and comes with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables as per the pictures.

The room has new black-out curtains and a desk + chair. The old fireplace is due to be taken out and upgraded over the next couple weeks.

About the flat:

The flat is on the 1st Floor of a maisonette and is situated on a fairly quiet residential road. It’s a 2 minute walk to to high street & park and a 5 minute drive to the beach, hospital or supermarket.

The flat comes with a recently renovated kitchen fully stocked including fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, and 4 piece induction stove and oven.

The bathroom is very recently renovated to a high spec with shower and bath.

It has a newly fitted carpets in all the bedrooms, hallway and lounge. You have access to the lounge with 50’ TV, sofas and mood lighting.

About your flatmate:

You’ll be living with Jack, a 28 year old male, who works as a PT at a local gym.

He enjoys all things sports and fitness and spends most of his time off either on the golf course or watching the Villa games.

He’s kind and considerate, fun to live with and enjoys a balance of good socialising and having his own space.

House rules/expectations:

The expectation is that this is a working professionals’ flat (we may consider mature students or postgraduate students). Having the occasional friends over and night out is more than fine but it certainly isn’t a party house.

You must be quiet in the evenings and respect your flat mate and neighbours’ work patterns.

You must tidy up after yourself and do your washing up straight after cooking.

About the agreement:

Move in date is ideally 4th August but we can be flexible for the right person.

The minimum is a 3 month contract then rolling after that.

The rent is to be paid no later than the 1st of each month, for the following month's stay.

Rent includes all bills; Council Tax (band B), Gas & Electric, High Speed Virgin Media Broadband, Water, TV Licence, quarterly Cleaner and Gardener.
