The monthly amount covers the room rental as well as bills. and this includes Virgin Media for the TV, high speed broadband and there's a smart boiler so gas and electric are super reliable.
The room comes furnished although there are options and am happy to shuffle some furniture if there's anything I own around the flat that might better suite your needs. There's also a 'cubby hole' space (approx 1.5x1.5x1.5m) in the room that can be used as a built in storage space.
I'm pretty laid back and approachable and want my new housemate to feel comfortable and at home. The communal spaces are there to be iived in and shared by everyone...mi casa tu casa!
