Room for rent in unique Southbourne Apartment!

We are currently looking for a new, lovely housemate to join us in a spacious and unique flat in Southbourne!

We are two female friends, who bought the flat together in April this year. The building is a converted warehouse, so has high ceilings and a large lounge/dining room with lots of light. The location is great – it’s a 15 minute walk from Southbourne high street and the beach. It’s also a 30 second walk from a little co-op shop (super convenient). Lorna and I both use the driveway for our cars, but there is lots of road parking around. We have a lovely bathroom with a huge bath and a good sized kitchen, plus loads of storage space in the loft and cupboards. We also have a friendly and calm red collie dog called Logan! So we hope that you are okay with dogs 😊

We currently have a smaller, unfurnished, double room available, which is above the lounge space in a maisonette style room with a little balcony. We are looking for a professional female housemate, and someone who works outside of the home, as Lorna and I both work from home a fair bit. I work in the NHS as a psychological therapist and Lorna works in conservation.

In our free time, we are both quite active and busy and socialise with friends regularly, but also enjoy some quiet time at home. We are looking for someone who is quiet and relaxed too (not a big party person!), and someone who is clean and tidy like us. We are both into getting out in nature, cooking, exercise, yoga and taking care of the environment. Lorna also goes out climbing regularly and spends time with her partner.

It's important for us to keep a good atmosphere in the house, so we are hoping to find someone who has similar values and interests to us.
