Private bathroom/ large dbl Sea view luxury house

Looking for a considerate and like minded house mate to rent spare room in my house. I’ve designed it and had it rebuilt. So everything is brand new

There are two rooms potentially available. If two are let then the price would drop to £849. If it’s love room let it is £995 (as it’s one bathroom for the 2 spare rooms)

Rooms are almost identical bright and large, fully carpeted and has a super king bed brand new. It’s on the 2nd floor. Has hanging space and use of own bathroom next door to room but not strictly en-suite.

I don’t use this as have my own en-suite and also a separate wc on the 1st floor. Open plan Living room, dining and kitchen are all on 1st floor to take advantage of the sea views, large glass doors lead onto balcony.
