Self Contained Studio Apartment

Available from November we are offering a self contained studio apartment located between the shops and cliffs of Southbourne.
The apartment has a private access/driveway and patio garden.
Inside there is a kitchenette with some cooking facilities - there is no cooker but we provide a single, plug in, induction hob and air fryer.
At the moment it is fully furnished but that can be negotiated if needed.
The apartment is only suitable for a single person, it is too small for a couple and we will not consider couples sorry.
Working professional or student ideally.
This is an AirB&B holiday apartment available for a 6 month winter let only, and is available until May.
All bills and internet is included.
We will require 2x references, 2 forms of ID, deposit and rent upfront.
No pets sorry.
