Beautiful family home by the beach

We have a spare room available on the ground floor of our family home with bathroom next door. We have 3 children (2yrs-7yrs). Our home is 200 yards from the beach. We have our bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs so there is a considerable amount of privacy, particularly at night when we are all upstairs. This would suit a quiet individual who works during the day. In the evening the communal areas are free to use (largely to yourself) as the children (and us) go to bed early!
